you are not who you once were and you never will be again. that version of you exists only in the past. in these workshops, the power of the words you hold inside at the deepest levels of truth and beauty (our deepest level of your humanity) will help reveal who you're meant to become and what you were meant to gain from some of the worst experiences in your life. if you are still in the pain or questioning stages and choose to attend one of these workshops, the emotions that will come up for you are likely anger, defensiveness, and potentially even rage. you may feel hateful and argumentative towards the prompts and exercises. do not shame yourself for these feelings, recognize that these feelings are a sign that you are not yet at this stage and that more pain and questions needs to first be worked through. honor your feelings at every stage - they are yours and they are beautiful. *all workshops are capped at 30 participants to preserve the intimacy of each
