moving through the pain, questions will begin to crop up: why did this happen? why me? why anyone? why is the world like this? can it be changed? how? where do we go from here? how am i supposed to move on? will life ever be the same again? you may think that someone else holds all the answers... someone older, smarter, "better" than you. but you're wrong. you already have all of the answers you need to give yourself peace inside of you. in these workshops we'll be examining our subconscious and learning to tap into the knowledge of your gut, your heart, your blood, your bones, every cell in your body that already knows exactly how to heal and how to grow. through poetry, you'll learn how to learn from yourself and uncover a truth that is beautifully and uniquely yours. *all workshops are capped at 30 participants to preserve the intimacy of each
